This contract is signed between ______________________________, a company incorporated under laws of_______________________(hereinafter referred to as the Client) and Beijing Haihong Jiacheng Intellectual Property Agency Co. Ltd., a company incorporated under laws of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) for the authorization of PVR Application in China.
　　It is hereby mutually agreed as follows:
　　1. The Client authorizes the agency for applying its PVR named in china.
　　2. The Agency shall appoint a professional attorney to manage the PVR application issue. The Agency should submit the application officially within 5 working days after receiving all fees and related files from the Client.
　　3. The Client should provide all the necessary documents as requested by the Agency within five working days after the signing of this Contract..
　　4. The Agency should keep confidential permanently for the documents provided by the Client, and should not disclose to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client.
　　5. The Client agrees to pay the Agency the total fee of ______ RMB (inc Searching fee______RMB, Agency fee______RMB, and Official fee______ RMB), within 3 working days after the signing of the Contract in a manner as designated by the Agency.
　　6. Should the Agency breach the Contract, resulting in the delay or failure of the application, the Agency will compensate the Client five times the amount of the Agency fee.
　　7. Should the Client breach the Contract, such as unable to provide the necessary documents to the Agency and therefore resulting in a delay or failure of the application, the Client is not entitled for any refund.
　　8. If the Client fails to pay all the necessary fees as specified in this Contract, the Client should pay the Agency one thousandth of the total fees for each day overdue, plus all the necessary fees.
　　9. The Contract is valid immediately after signed by representatives from both parties.
